Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has been released from jail just moments after he was booked on kidnapping charges and allegedly beating his baby mama Jen Harley.

"He's posted bail. But he hasn't walked out the door yet," Van Nuys police confirm exclusively to RadarOnline.com.

A Los Angeles Police Department media spokesperson previously confirmed to RadarOnline.com, “He has been charged with kidnapping and his bail has been set to $100,000."

In a shocking 911 audio obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, an operator is heard saying there is a “battery in progress" and the operator identified the suspect as Ortiz-Magro.

“The female knocked on the door asking for help,” the dispatcher said. “A man then came in a vehicle and assaulted the female.”

“The screaming woman possibly related to your battery in progress. The female screaming that someone took her daughter.”

RadarOnline.com readers know, Police arrested the Jersey Shore star and handcuffed him to a stretcher on Oct. 4 after cops responded to  a Los Angeles home where Ortiz-Magro, his girlfriend, Harley, and one-year-old daughter Ariana, were reportedly renting an AirBnB.

Police told RadarOnline.com on Thursday morning there was a “battery in progress” as officers showed up to the scene.

Ortiz-Magro and Harley were “involved in some kind of physical alteration,” the LAPD explained.

The tumultuous couple have been through many ups and downs.

Harley was arrested for allegedly throwing an ashtray at Ortiz-Magro,33, at a New Year’s Eve bash in 2018. The domestic violence charges filed against her were dismissed in July.

The reality star confessed that he went to rehab for alcohol abuse and depression. Months later, he was spotted at the VMAs downing booze.
