Nick Carter Slams Brother Aaron With Restraining Order After Allegedly Intending 'To Kill' Pregnant Wife

Nick Carter filed a restraining order against his troubled brother Aaron Carter after he allegedly 'harbored thoughts and intentions of killing' the singer's pregnant wife and unborn child.
"After careful consideration, my sister Angel and I regret that we were required to seek a restraining order against our brother Aaron today," Nick began in a statement on his Twitter account.
The former Backstreet Boys star explained why he went to such measures against his youngest brother. "In light of Aaron’s increasingly alarming behavior and his recent confession that he harbors thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child, we were left with no choice but to take every measure possible to protect ourselves and our family."
"We love our brother and truly hope he gets the proper treatment he needs before any harm comes to himself or anyone else," he completed the statement alongside the hashtags "#mentalhealth #guncontrolnow #gunconrol."
Us Weekly confirmed the restraining order news with a source close to the situation.
Aaron made light of the situation, tweeting on Tuesday, "So my brother just got a restraining order against me. And I was just served lol."
Aaron denied claims of intentions to harm anyone, including his family. A rep for star said, "I am astounded at the accusations being made against me and I do not wish harm to anyone, especially my family."
According to reports, Aaron has to stay at least 100 feet away from Nick, Nick's wife and kids and other family members, specifically their residence in Las Vegas.

On his latest appearance on The Doctors, Carter’s drug test results were disclosed, and despite claiming he’s sober, he tested positive for opiates, marijuana and benzodiazepines. The benzodiazepines are part of the 16 prescription drugs the star said he takes every single day to help with his multiple personality disorder, schizophrenia and anxiety.
Carter then voiced his thoughts on gun control, and admitted he owns plenty of weapons himself.
“I’m inheriting 500…from my father who passed away…and I also have the 2nd amendment, which is the right to bear arms. I fully endorse that and nobody is going to change my mind,” he said.
The star often posts about his guns on social media, bragging about his rifles and sharing videos of him using them.
As of now, Carter said, he’s out of rehab and doing “amazing.” While he’s on a collection of medications, he said he has not touched any drug besides marijuana.
