Another sad chapter in George and Cindy Anthony’s life has ended.

RadarOnline.com has exclusively confirmed monster mom Casey Anthony’s parents’ home foreclosure case has been dismissed, and they are allowed to remain in their Orlando, Florida home.

A “Joint Stipulation of Dismissal of Claims and Counter Claims,” was filed in Orange County, Florida on September 10.

“Plaintiff Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper and defendants/counter-plaintiffs Cynthia M. Anthony and George A. Anthony a/k/a George Anthony dismiss all of their claims and counterclaims, without prejudice, with each party to bear their own fees and costs,” the court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com stated.

U.S. Bank National Association claimed the Anthonys owed about $130,000 on their mortgage, and began foreclosure proceedings in 2017.

The home was where little Caylee Anthony was last seen alive in 2008. Cindy was the first person to report that the toddler was nowhere to be found.

On July 15, 2008 Cindy called 911 to report that her granddaughter had been missing for a month. She had lived with her grandparents and mother in the Florida home.

During Casey's murder trial, the defense attorney claimed Caylee had actually drowned in the pool in the backyard of the home.

A jury acquitted Casey of murder on July 5, 2011.

Casey and her parents no longer speak to each other, even after her father’s devastating car accident.

“As much as I miss her and I love her I am dealing enough with my husband that I don’t need her drama,” Cindy told the Daily Mail in July 2019. “I think about her all the time, but my life is with George. It’s gone in a different route and he’s my priority right now.”
