‘RHOC’ Alum Alexa Curtin Arrested Again, Spends 6 Nights In Jail Amid Legal Drama

Wild child Alexa Curtin has been arrested again.

RadarOnline.com can confirm the former Real Housewives of Orange County star was arrested on August 2. She was jailed in Orange County, then released six days later after posting $10,000 bail.

The drama comes about one month after Curtin was arrested for blowing off court hearings related to previous drug charges.

Sgt. Joses Walehwa from the Orange County Sheriff's Department told RadarOnline.com that the reality star’s recent arrest did not involve any criminal activity, and she isn't facing any new charges.

"It sounds like she was out on bond and that bond company returned her into custody on Aug. 2," Walehwa said. "This is all bond related and more administrative. Since the company returned her to jail, she got another bond company that bailed her. There are no new charges here."

Curtin is set to appear in court on September 12. If she fails to show, she could face another arrest.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Curtin’s legal issues have only escalated since 2017, when she was sentenced to 30 days in prison on charges of petty theft, assault and battery.

One year later, the star spent four days in jail for skipping court, and a year after that, she was busted for possession of an opium pipe and of Alprazolam.

Now, her family members are desperate for Curtin to return to rehab.

A source close to her said “Alexa’s father has been vocal about wanting her to possibly get mental help.”
