Troubled former The Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexa Curtin was arrested for drug possession and spent the night in jail, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
Lynn Curtin’s 26-year-old daughter was busted by the Irvine Police Department in California on January 5 for possession of an unlawful substance and drug paraphernalia and spent the night in the Orange County Calif. jail, the OC Sheriff’s Department told Radar.
She was released on January 6 at approximately 11:30 pm after posting bond.
Curtin, weighing just 110 pounds, listed her occupation as “unemployed,” according to the jail records.
The Blast first reported Curtin’s latest arrest.
The charging document obtained by Radar reveals Curtin is facing two counts: one misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia — an opium pipe or device used for unlawfully injecting or smoking a controlled substance — and one misdemeanor count of possessing an unlawful substance, Alprazolam.
Curtin has a long history of legal trouble.
A warrant was issued for her arrest in October 2018 after she failed to appear in court for her prior drug arrests.
Curtin’s next court date is scheduled for March 4.
