RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the girlfriend of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey's ex-husband Peter Thomas has a criminal past!
Legal documents show Tonishia “Toni” Scott — who started dating Peter toward the end of 2017 after he and Cynthia, 52, divorced — has been arrested multiple times on various charges.
In August 2011, Tori was arrested after a concerned passerby called authorities to do a welfare check on a woman passed out in her van.

Toni was gone by the time first responders arrived, but police spotted her driving her van “all over the road” and made a traffic stop.
Though she insisted to officers she had consumed only one Long Island iced tea at a local bar, she failed a breathalyzer test and was booked on DWI.
She eventually received a suspended sentence and was placed on unsupervised probation for one year.
In January 2012, Toni, at the time a bartender at a North Carolina Red Lobster, ran a stop sign while driving impaired and her blood-alcohol content was found to be nearly twice the legal limit.
She pleaded guilty to the offense. A court ordered her license revoked and she was sentenced to supervised probation for 36 months.
Toni’s reality star boyfriend, Peter, is no stranger to trouble himself.
In March, RadarOnline.com reported he was arrested in Miami on a warrant out of Louisiana for allegedly writing fraudulent checks.

And he pulled a knife on Kenya Moore’s ex, Matt Jordan, during a radio interview spat, later claiming it was self-defense.
RHOA fans saw Peter get married to Cynthia in 2010 on the Bravo reality show’s third season. But the pair’s marriage collapsed on camera amid rumors he cheated.
The two separated in 2016, and their divorce was finalized in 2017.
Newly engaged Cynthia has now moved on with her fiancé, Mike Hill.
