Move over, Christina El Moussa! RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Tarek El Moussa is following in his ex-wife’s footsteps by finally landing his own show on the HGTV network.

Multiple sources confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the father of two is pumped he finally gets to bask in the spotlight without his ex-wife constantly by his side.

“He’s excited!” a source close to Tarek told RadarOnline.com. “It’s just his show.”

The insider continued that it’s going to be “a little different” than Christina and Tarek’s current joint show, Flip Or Flop, which catapulted the former couple into the spotlight.

Tarek’s solo show will touch upon his role as a newly single dad, the insider said.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Tarek and Christina went through a bitter divorce, which was finalized in early 2018. They share one daughter, Taylor, and a son, Brayden.

Christina was the first of the pair to land her own design spin-off following their split. Her eight-week series, Christina On The Coast, aired on May 23.

A source told RadarOnline.com that even though Tarek’s pilot was recently green-lighted, the famous dad began working on it at the same time Christina was in talks about her own gig.

A second source told RadarOnline.com that Tarek's show will air on HGTV later this year. Flip Or Flop is still expected to continue, an insider said.
