Comedian Tim Conway has passed away at the age of 85.
A rep confirmed the beloved Carol Burnett Show star died at 8:45 a.m. in Los Angeles, People reported.
Conway, who suffered during his later years from complications related to Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus, is survived by Charlene Conway, his wife of 35 years, and his seven children.
As RadarOnline.com revealed in March, a Los Angeles judge named Conway‘s wife as conservator for the veteran actor, citing “clear and convincing evidence” the actor could no longer act on his own behalf.
The battle over control for an ailing Conway initially had erupted into a war between Conway’s wife and one of his children, Kelly, who previously filed for a temporary restraining order against Charlene in an unsuccessful bid to keep Charlene from moving him to another medical facility.
Loved ones have requested fans who wants to honor Conway’s legacy to donate to The Lou Ruvo Brain Center at the Cleveland Clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada.
