It's day three of Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy's bitter custody battle over their daughter Bryn, and RadarOnline.com can reveal exclusively the RHONY star interrupted her ex while he was on the stand, yelling "you tortured me!"
Testifying with his lawyer Robert Wallack, Jason, 47, claimed Bryn, 9, was absent from school a total of eight days this year — six of which occurred on Bethenny's watch.
Then, speaking of Bryn's attendance for her 1st grade school year, Jason revealed she missed 16 days — 15 of which he claimed were also on Bethenny's watch.
During the cross examination, Jason also detailed their failed marriage, saying it went down hill in 2012 after Bethenny started her Skinny Girl brand.
"Prior to the deal, we were on equal footing...we were a team and a partnership," Jason said. "Then the deal happened, and it seemed like I was beneath her. She made a lot of money in that deal, and my job was meaningless.
"It was no longer a partnership," he said. "And anything I would do was not good enough."
But it wasn't until Jason accused Bethenny of airing their dirty laundry to the press that she got heated.
After explaining he was "furious" about interviews she was giving regarding the failed marriage, Bethenny sobbed in court in the middle of Jason's testimony yelling, "You tortured me. You tortured me!"
Judge Katz reprimanded the reality star for her outburst. "Ms. Frankel, this is Mr. Hoppy's testimony."
Bethenny stormed out of the court room after the judge ordered a break, where she was seen on a couch in the lobby telling her new boyfriend Paul Bernon, "he tortured me and is lying!"
Right now, Bethenny, 48, and Hoppy currently share Bryn, but the reality star is fighting for full custody, claiming she wants to "protect" her daughter.
Bethenny has repeatedly accused her ex-husband of "abuse" and "torture" in the years since their 2012 split. Jason was arrested for stalking and harassing Frankel in 2017, though the charges were eventually dropped.
