'Overwhelmed' Kim Hires 3 New Nannies But Says She's 'Ready' For Baby #5

“Overwhelmed” Kim Kardashian hired three new nannies to help take care of her newborn son, but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned she's already telling family that she's "ready" for baby #5!
"Kim's sisters think she's gotten herself in way over her head with four kids and cannot believe that she's already ready to add another one to the mix," a source close to the KUWTK clan said.
"She thinks that, because she is no longer bearing the children herself, she can just keep popping them out!"
Readers know, Kim, 38, and 42-year-old hubby Kanye West's last two children were born via surrogate, as Kardashian was advised to not carry any more children herself.
However, that has not taken the stress out of the equation, it seems!
"Kanye is super stressed out right now and her family kinda thinks that it is hilarious," the source told Radar.
"Between Kim's nannies and her sister's nannies, no one in that family really knows what being a mother is about, except for Kourtney."
