John Travolta’s Daughter Ella Joins Instagram After Shocking Scientology Appearance
John Travolta’s daughter is no longer flying under the RadarOnline.com! 19-year-old Ella Bleu Travolta has officially joined Instagram, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Ella’s new social media account comes on the heels of her shocking appearance at one of the most important Church of Scientology events of the year known as Dianetics Day on May 9. The teen was photographed front and center on stage with fellow church members.
It’s no secret that John, 65, is a high-level scientologist along with his wife, Kelly Preston. However, Scientology expert Tony Ortega revealed to RadarOnline.com that Ella’s attendance shocked many in the church community.
“Most well-known scientology actors’ kids don’t really do anything public, so this is kind of a big step for Ella,” Ortega said. “It shows that she considers herself a scientologist and she’s part of that group.”
John and Ella posted a video together announcing her new Instagram account created on Wednesday. As of Thursday, May 23, she already had 41,600 followers.
“Oh my gosh thank you guys so much for following me! This is amazing. I wasn’t expecting it to be this fast,” she said in an Instagram story.
Ella recently landed her first movie role in The Poison Rose, out in theaters on May 24. Her famous dad also stars in the film.
In her Instagram bio, Ella shared a positive quote.
“Have courage and be kind,” she wrote.
