Workaholic Carrie Underwood doesn’t have any time left in her packed schedule for hubby Mike Fisher, and sources told RadarOnline.com it’s wrecking their marriage!
The 36-year-old megastar is totally obsessed with singing and parenting, and sources report that it’s turning her home life with Mike into a nightmare “Carnival Ride.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Carrie is currently on a grueling five-month tour despite still recovering from a freak fall on the icy steps of her Nashville home that left her with a devastating injury to her face requiring more than 40 stitches, not to mention only having given birth to son Jacob in January.
“Jacob Bryan Fisher entered the world in the wee hours of the morning on Monday,” she shared on Instagram on January 23. “His mom, dad and big brother couldn’t be happier for God to trust them with taking care of this little miracle!"
She added: “Our hearts are full, our eyes are tired and our lives are forever changed. Life is good….”
That “good” came after years of “bad.” Sadly, the country superstar revealed that she suffered from three miscarriages in the two years before Jacob was born, and friends feared that after successfully delivering Jacob, she shut everyone out and suffered from postpartum depression.
The embattled couple are also the parents of four-year-old Isaiah, and sources reveal the growing-apart couple hoped Jacob would bring them back together.
“She initially had the baby to save their marriage,” a source revealed.
But the plan may have backfired, as the insider admits the couple are having marital issues yet again.
“Carrie is more focused now on her baby and her job, and less on Mike,” the source said. “He’s feeling left out and is very needy.”
