Tom Cruise is prepping to film back-to-back Mission: Impossible sequels, but he's not the only one on his team getting ready.
RadarOnline.com can exclusively report he's given his staffers an ultimatum: get into tip-top shape or get out!
"Tom likes everyone he works with to be fit and healthy, whether they like it or not!," a source told RadarOnline.com. "It's important to him that the entire cast and crew has the energy required to make these big blockbusters."
He's even applied pressure to his director Chris McQuarrie, who has accepted the challenge by "waking up at the crack of dawn every single day and heading to the gym."
An insider said of Cruise, "It's his way or the highway!"
The behavior is nothing new for the superstar.
He's known for doing his own stunts and broke his ankle while jumping from building to building for Mission Impossible 6 in London in August 2017.
While on the set for Top Gun, the actor, 56, demonstrated his love of fitness by installing a state-of-the-art "fitness tent" to ensure that he stay fit for his role, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.
Odd requests are also standard for Cruise, sources claim.
RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that he once ordered the staff at Corinthia Hotel London "walk into his room backwards" so they wouldn't be able to see proof that Scientology's "healing power" is a fairytale.
