See Ya, Joe! Teresa Giudice Already Working On Custody Deal Before Divorce Filing

RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned Teresa Giudice is already making preparations behind the scenes for a custody agreement — before she’s even filed for divorce from her felon husband!

According to a source, “Teresa is working with family members to arrange a proper visitation schedule for the future between Joe and the girls,” Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and 10-year-old Audriana.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Joe, 46, is still desperately fighting his deportation to Italy, even after his appeal was denied on April 11. (He filed a "petition to review" the appeal dismissal in federal court this week, and he even sued the U.S. Attorney General.)

And Teresa has no plans to move halfway across the world with him.

Instead, the 46-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star is planning to officially file for divorce once he's officially kicked out of the country.

As for life post-Joe, “Teresa’s telling friends she has a heavy work schedule and the girls have a heavy school and social life,” revealed the source. “It will be tough, so don’t expect to her to be flying off to see him.”

Of course, Teresa has seemingly already moved on from her marriage. RadarOnline.com exclusively caught the mom of four holding hands with much-younger boy toy Blake Schreck, 26, on a Miami getaway trip in February.
