Look Away, Kate! Meghan Markle Snubs Royal Tradition With Private Birth Announcement

Mom-to-be Meghan Markle is snubbing royal tradition once again! This Thursday, April 11, Kensington Palace released a statement regarding the royal baby’s birth — which could take place any day now.
“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very grateful for the goodwill they have received from people throughout the United Kingdom and around the world as they prepare to welcome their baby,” the statement began.
Much to Kate Middleton’s dismay, they then dropped a bombshell about Meghan’s newest diva demand: to keep her child’s birth out of the spotlight!
“Their Royal Highnesses have taken a person decision to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private. The Duke and Duchess look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family,” read the statement.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Meghan, 37, and Prince Harry have been going about their royal duties in their own manner, with plenty of disregard for tradition.
After sending out a black-and-white holiday card, moving out of the palace, breaking court with Prince William and Kate, 37, starting their own Instagram account, and rejecting Queen Elizabeth’s birth doctors, their recent baby announcement comes as the last straw!

Earlier this month, RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed the former Suits actress was demanding to give birth in a hospital of her choosing rather than at the posh Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital in London.
“Meghan is set to bring her child into the world at the vegan-friendly, new-age Mulberry Suite at Frimley Park Hospital near the royal couple’s new home, Frogmore Cottage,” a palace insider said, adding that the deluxe maternity suite has a birthing pool, king-sized bed and full vegan menu!
Since her birth will also be ultra-private, Meghan will likely not participate in the post-hospital photoshoot that Kate, and Princess Diana before her, see as a necessary royal tradition.
