Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are under 24-hour armed guard at Kensington Palace as they await the arrival of their first child.

While it had been widely reported Duke and Duchess of Sussex were “nesting” at their newly renovated property of Frogmore Cottage on the grounds of Windsor Castle, RadarOnline.com can reveal the pair is actually at their old home in Kensington Palace, where Prince William lives with wife Kate, and where Harry’s mom, the late Princess Diana, lived until she left the royal family.

“Harry was at the London Marathon on Sunday to greet winners at the finish line as he has been doing annually, and he went from there back to Meghan in Kensington Palace and has not been seen emerging since,” a source said.

“There is massive security around Kensington Palace, so it’s clear Meghan is waiting there until she goes into labor,” added the source.

There is speculation Meghan, 37, may have a home birth, but RadarOnline.com’s palace insider noted there is “no chance” the ex-Suits star will be allowed to do so since "the safety of the royal baby is paramount and must be had at a hospital.”

In fact, Meghan’s base at Kensington Palace seems to indicate she will have her first child at a hospital in central London, such as the private U.S.-owned maternity wards at Portland Hospital and Chelsea & Westminster Hospital.

Royal fans were recently convinced Meghan had gone into labor after spotting a police escort racing between Windsor and central London during the morning rush hour.

But sources told RadarOnline.com it was a “practice run” for when she’s finally ready to deliver.
