Kim Kardashian is gearing up to welcome her fourth baby any day now, and RadarOnline.com has exclusive information inside her secret baby shower bash this weekend in Los Angeles.
A Keeping Up With The Kardashians insider revealed the reality star's friends and family are "already buying lavish gifts from luxury baby stores in L.A." and all the goodies are themed for a boy.
The highly anticipated celebration will be a star-studded one, with celebrities including old friend Paris Hilton in attendance this Saturday, April 27.
RadarOnline.com reported in January the reality TV beauty, 38, and hubby Kanye West, 41, would be welcoming their fourth child despite serious cracks in their relationship.
In insider told Us Weekly the superstar couple had one male embryo left and a surrogate was expecting the newest addition to their family “in very early May.”
A second source said Kardashian, 38, “always wanted four kids.”
But during last season of KUWTK, Kim revealed her rapper hubby wants seven kids!
The couple are already parents to daughters Chicago, 11 months, North, 5, and son Saint, 3.
