"We are," replied Kardashian, adding that the baby is due "sometime soon."

"It's a boy, I think it's been out there," Kardashian told Cohen, 50.

"I got drunk at our Christmas Eve party and told some people. I can't remember who I told because I never get drunk," she added.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Kardashian and West, 41, are already parents to daughter North, 5, son Saint, 3, and 11-month-old daughter Chicago.

After Kardashian suffered through two difficult and dangerous pregnancies, they decided to hire a surrogate to welcome their youngest daughter. And now, the love birds are using their last embryo to complete their family.

Us Weekly first broke the news that the two were expecting their fourth child via surrogate. The woman's identity has not been revealed, though sources say it is not La'Reina Haynes, the woman who carried Chicago.

According to various outlets, the stars are so happy to be expanding their clan that they've been acting like newlyweds despite their recent relationship woes! Plus, sources told RadarOnline.com that they are still hoping for "five or six" kids!
