Luke Perry was just a few months away from tying the knot with fiancée Wendy Madison Bauer when he tragically passed away from a massive stroke.
RadarOnline.com has obtained the Beverly Hills, 90210 star's save-the-date he sent to loved ones just before he suffered a medical crisis late last month.
"Save the date for the wedding of Luke and Madison," reads the note. "Formal invitation to follow."
Perry and Bauer's ceremony was set to take place on August 17, 2019 in Los Angeles.
Perry's son, Jack, 21, was to be best man, and his daughter, Sophie, 18, was planning to be a bridesmaid, Star recently reported.
As RadarOnline.com previously revealed, the actor left everything to his two children in his will.
Perry shocked Hollywood when he suffered a stroke at his California home on February 27. He was quickly rushed to the emergency room and sedated in order for his brain to recover. While in the hospital, however, his health only worsened. Sources said he suffered a second stroke in his final hours, and his family decided to take him off life support. He was pronounced dead on March 4 at age 52.

Following his death, Perry's daughter took to social media to voice her grief over his passing, as did the actor's longtime friends, costars, acquaintances and fans.
In a statement to PEOPLE, Perry's heartbroken fiancée also voiced her sorrow.
"I want to express my gratitude to everyone for the outpouring of love and support," said Bauer, 44. "The countless, heartwarming stories of Luke's generosity and kindness have been a great source of solace during this difficult time."
