Luke Perry’s Daughter Posts Heartbreaking Tribute After '90210' Star's Tragic Death

Luke Perry’s daughter posted a heartbreaking tribute to her dad one day after his tragic death at 52.
“A lot has happened in this past week for me,” 18-year-old Sophie Perry wrote on her Instagram page as a caption for a photo with her dad. “Everything is happening so fast. I made it back from Malawi just in time to be here with my family. In the past 24 hours I have received an overwhelming amount of love and support.”
Luke passed away after suffering from a massive stoke on Monday, March 4, 2019. Sophie was by his side in the hospital.
“I cannot individually respond to the hundreds of beautiful and heartfelt messages, but I see them, and appreciate you all for sending positivity to my family and I,” she wrote about her Beverly Hills 90210 star father.
“I’m not really sure what to say or do in this situation, it’s something you aren’t ever given a lesson on how to handle, especially when it’s all happening in the public eye. So bare with me and know that I am grateful for all the love. Just, being grateful quietly.”
Luke had his first stoke on Wednesday, February 26 and was rushed to the hospital. “I don’t think he ever regained consciousness,” a source close to the Riverside star told RadarOnline.com.
Perry left his fortune to Sophie and her brother Jack, a source told RadarOnline.com.
