Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Expand Mega Compound
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expanding their mega compound.
The couple has already spent millions custom-building their French country-inspired Hidden Hills compound in California.
And now, they have snapped up a neighbor’s home in a $2.7 million private sale.
This has increased their compound to around 6 acres as they continue their renovations.
The bordering property was owned by the estate of late author and screenwriter Richard Matheson.
The 1957-built house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and about 2,750-square-feet of living space.
It is expected that Kim, 38, and Kanye, 41, will demolish the home and use the land to add to their lavish estate.
The couple has expanded their family since they first started the project and the now have three kids: Saint, North and Chicago.
They are also expecting their fourth child, a boy, this spring.
