A jailed sex fiend has claimed that cops will charge him with the still-unsolved brutal 1996 sex assault and murder of 6-year-old pageant queen JonBenét Ramsey!

In a letter obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Colorado inmate Keith Schwinaman wrote, “I will let you know that I most likely will be charged with the JonBenet murder this next year according to the detectives who came and interviewed me.”

Just one year before JonBenét’s shocking murder, the pervert was given a four-year deferred sentence after pleading guilty to one count of sexual assault of another child.

As RadarOnline.com reported, he became a suspect in JonBenét’s murder when his wife said she couldn’t account for his whereabouts on the night the child’s body was found in the basement of the Ramseys’ Boulder home.

“One of my choices is to not give either the FBI or B.P.D. Boulder Police Department the satisfaction of having ‘solved this case after so many years,’” he wrote.

“I will have the satisfaction of doing it myself. While denying them the fame and satisfaction they appear to crave.”
