'Hot Felon' Jeremy Meeks has tried to repair the cracks in his relationship with heiress Chloe Green.

He posted a birthday message to her via his Instagram.

"There's NO ONE else I'd rather spend the rest of my life with," he wrote accompanied with a happy pic of the couple.

Green had been photographed looking upset as she walked near her Monte-Carlo apartment amid rumors their union was on the rocks.

The couple is understood to have had a public row on February 19 at the Cavalli Club in Dubai where Meeks stormed out of the venue, leaving a tearful Chloe on her own.
