More Tragedy: Burt Reynolds' Brother Jimmy Dies 6 Months After Iconic Actor

Just six months after film legend Burt Reynolds succumbed to a heart attack, his brother Jimmy has also died, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
The Broward County Medical Examiner's Office told RadarOnline.com that James Hooks Reynolds died in Hollywood, Florida on Friday, March 15. He was 83 years old.
No autopsy was performed, a spokesperson added, but a source told RadarOnline.com he suffered a heart attack, just like his famous sibling.
According to a source, the Reynolds family believes Jimmy died of a "broken heart" after being snubbed from Burt's funeral last year.
Burt's ex-wife Loni Anderson "didn’t invite Jimmy to his own brother’s funeral, and it broke his heart,” said a friend of Jimmy’s widow, Maria Reynolds. “He never recovered."
After Burt’s funeral, Jimmy underwent knee surgery, and hurt his hip, said the source.
Eventually, "he died in his wife’s arms," the source claimed. “He was so loved and will be missed.”
Burt and his adopted brother were estranged for years before his death.
