The legendary actor passed away on Thursday Sept. 6, 2018 after suffering cardiac arrest. Martin County Medical Examiner confirmed to that he passed away. can reveal Reynolds took his last breath at hospital in his home state of Florida.

Martin County Sheriff tells they received two fire rescue calls from Reynold's home at 12:35 and 12:47 before he was rushed to the hospital.

As previously reported, Reynolds spent his last years battling illness that left him frighteningly frail and weighing barely 100 pounds.

Last April the fading box-office legend showed showed up bravely showed up at the premiere of his final Hollywood hurrah, a film aptly called “Dog Years," but fans were horrified at his appearance.
