Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly planning a deal that will officially declare them single and not legally married while they're still locked in a bitter divorce battle. According to The Blast, Pitt and Jolie are tired of being an estranged married couple and want to be named single while they continue to hash out separation of property and a permanent custody order for their six kids.
Insiders have told the website that Pitt and Jolie are negotiating a "bifurcated judgment" of their status as a married couple in which they'd be declared divorced and single, but still working on their final split details.
"Both want to get on with their lives and no longer want to be married to each other," a source told The Blast.
Neither has a new significant other, although Pitt shocked onlookers by recently attending ex-wife Jennifer Aniston's 50th birthday party in Los Angeles.
The hunk, 55, and Jolie, 43, want to "emotionally move on." The final divorce settlement will reportedly take several more months. As RadarOnline.com readers know, Pitt and Jolie's divorce has been a mess, with both sides arguing over money and the future of their splintered family.
During the vicious dispute, Jolie accused Pitt of not paying her enough child support but the actor blasted back, saying he actually gave her a loan of $8 million to buy her L.A. mansion plus an additional $1.3 million for their children.
Late in 2018, however, the two called a cease fire, reaching an interim custody arrangement. That was great news for their children, who, as RadarOnline.com reported, have been suffering terribly during their parents’ epic divorce and custody battle.

"This has been going on for such a long time now," the insider told RadarOnline.com. "No amount of money or help from nannies can take away from how heartbreaking it is to see their parents at war like this." Now, it's being reported that Pitt and Jolie have made a major move not to be known as "married" anymore!
