Val Kilmer Is Hiding Where He Lives, Artist Suing Him Alleges

An artist who is suing Val Kilmer claims the star is hiding where he lives.
The Blast has reported that Bale Allen has filed a lawsuit against Kilmer for allegedly ripping off his sculpture—but the man has claimed the Batman Forever star isn't to be found.
Allen contended that the actor is purposely hiding where he lives, according to court papers, and asked for an extension in the case because he can't serve Kilmer, 59, with the suit.
Allen said his many attempts to find Kilmer have failed.
The suit comes as Kilmer, who has been grappling with a long throat cancer battle, hopes to make a comeback with the upcoming Top Gun 2 opposite Tom Cruise.
Kilmer has looked frail for years, as RadarOnline.com has reported.
The sculptor said in the legal file that Kilmer has a New Mexico home address and a California business address.
But Allen alleged that the New Mexico address is just land and has no physical structure and the California business address for the actor's art company turned out to be incorrect.
Allen has claimed Kilmer is engaging in "deliberate obfuscation" by concealing his true addresses and is demanding an extension of time to slap him with the court papers.
Kilmer hasn't responded to the claims in Allen's suit, which was filed last year and accused the actor of ripping off his work—a series of tumbleweed sculptures.
Allen has claimed Kilmer asked to buy his work but balked at paying the cost.
The sculptor has alleged he found out that The Doors star was selling knockoffs of Allen's work for $150,000.
Allen said he demanded Kilmer stop selling the copies but the actor allegedly never responded.
The man is seeking unspecified damages and a court order prohibiting Kilmer from selling the art he claims infringed on his copyrights.
