Miranda Lambert's NYPD Husband Brendan McLoughlin Kicked Off Street Patrol

Miranda Lambert’s NYPD husband Brendan McLoughlin is already facing the wrath of being in the public eye as he was taken off patrol in Times Square and is now pushing papers at his Midtown South station house.
Cops didn’t want to deal with the sudden infatuation from reporters, “selfie seeking tourists” and autograph hounds, a police source told Page Six. They also believed it would negatively affect McLoughin’s performance at the job.
As a result of his newfound fame, sources added that his previous duties on patrol in the streets are now replaced with the less exciting responsibilities of pushing papers in the station house. They also clarified that McLoughlin still has his gun and shield and that his move off the streets was not in any way a form of punishment.
Readers know Lambert rushed down the aisle in a secret ceremony with her boyfriend of just two months in January — and now.
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, the mother of his jilted ex-fiancee warned the impulsive country singer of his infidelities.
“I hope she was smart enough to get a prenup,” Carol Bruno, the mother of McLoughlin’s former bride-to-be Jackie Bruno said, adding that Miranda's relationship with Evan Felker while he was still married to ex-wife Staci Nelson, might make them “perfect for each other.”
The protective mom claimed “cheater” McLoughlin got another woman pregnant while engaged to her daughter last year.
“Jackie was in Sweden playing professional soccer, got injured and came home, and the other woman contacted her. She broke the news to her,” Bruno previously told RadarOnline.com.
McLoughlin then allegedly denied the rumors, before coming clean and begging for Jackie’s forgiveness. He was rejected and eventually moved on to Lambert.
Fans know McLoughlin met Lambert on the set of Good Morning America on November 2 — three days before he welcomed a baby with his alleged mistress!
