Megyn Kelly's plan to make a triumphant return to television following her unceremonious ouster from Today may be over before it's even started!
According to Page Six, an "emotionally scarred" Kelly hopes to return to TV as soon as this fall, in time to cover the 2020 presidential race.
However, an insider told RadarOnline.com she's struck out in her job search so far.
"She's taking meetings, but no big outlet wants her ," revealed the insider.
However, a source close to Megyn insists she does have offers on the table, and is planning her next move.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, a source revealed the former anchor has even reached out to fellow disgraced Today star Matt Lauer "about the future and doing a new morning show together."
Meanwhile, Kelly, who walked away with the full $69 million she was contractually due from NBC, has been keeping a low profile, spending time with her family, and even attending jury duty in the wake of the scandal.
