Megyn Kelly is not letting her NBC firing keep her away from the spotlight! This weekend, the former Today host reunited with friend Kathie Lee Gifford at a star-studded gala!

On Sunday February 3, the TV beauties attended the Childhelp Drive the Dream Gala in Scottsdale, Arizona. They were all smiles as they posed together for the cameras.

RadarOnline.com readers know Gifford, 68, was livid when the network decided to fire disgraced host Matt Lauer and later, Kelly, 48, over their scandals.

Lauer, 61, was ousted after multiple women accused his of sexual misconduct, and Kelly was let go —with a $30 million exit deal — after she made a controversial comment supporting blackface. Regardless, Gifford believed NBC was too quick to fire her famous pals.

"She thought NBC acted like it was a news network in a nanny state, and she could no longer go on because common sense had been overtaken by madness," an insider told RadarOnline.com.

Though other NBC hosts like Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie were never fans of Kelly, Gifford always stood by her side. And following in her gal pal's footsteps, she will be leaving the network in April 2019, to pursue other creative projects.

Could the friends be cooking up something together?
