Former Kitchen Crashers host Alison Victoria once nearly smashed up her car after speeding and driving under the influence in Las Vegas, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
According to court records, the HGTV star was arrested in 2007 after cops pulled her over on the highway for her dangerous maneuvers on Dec. 30 that year.
Police alleged the 38-year-old, whose full name is Alison Victoria Gramenos, was going 70 mph in a 45 mph zone in her 2005 Jaguar.
The criminal complaint, filed on March 26, 2008, detailed how the then-26-year-old was behind the wheel and had a blood alcohol level of .08 or more and was charged with two misdemeanor counts of Driving And/Or Being In Actual Physical Control While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and Speeding.
According to the court documents filed in the case, the famous house-flipper initially pleaded not guilty, but she later admitted her guilt to a lesser charge of reckless driving.
The judge handed down a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail. In lieu of spending time behind bars, Gramenos was ordered to pay fines or partake in 40 hours of community service. She also had to attend DUI school and a victim impact panel, as well as "stay out of trouble."
The speeding charge was dismissed.
The tough-as-nails breakout star of the new hit reality show Windy City Rehab, currently owns self-titled design firm Alison Victoria Interiors in Chicago and the Las Vegas area, where she attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
The Chicago native reportedly splits her time between the Midwestern city and Vegas, where she has completed projects with Silverton Hotel and Casino, as well as boutiques, resorts and private residences.
