Bow Wow was arrested early Saturday morning, February 2, 2019 after an alleged altercation with a woman outside a Midtown Atlanta building.

Both the rapper, who lives in the city hosting this Sunday's Super Bowl, and the woman, Leslie Holden, were arrested in the incident.

As the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported, police said Bow Wow, whose given name is Shad Gregory Moss, and Holden were on a street just after 4 a.m. on Saturday when the cops arrived.

They reportedly saw "minor visible injuries" to both Bow Wow, 31, and Holden.

While Holden told police that Bow Wow hit her, he told them that Holden hit HIM.

With two conflicting stories, the cops arrested both of them on battery charges and took them to the Fulton County Jail.

The singer, who was called Lil' Bow Wow in his youth, resides in Atlanta and has starred on the reality show Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta.
