Colt Johnson's estranged wife Larissa Dos Santos Lima has been charged with domestic battery – and he wants her to face the consequences of her alleged crime against him. In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, the 90 Day Fiancé star wants justice to be served.
"Larissa committed a crime," Johnson told RadarOnline.com. "She has to face the consequences."
When asked if he believes Does Santos Lima should face jail time, he responded, "It's not up to me. It's up to the judge."
RadarOnline.com reported in January 2019 that Dos Santos Lima was arrested for attacking her husband.
"He had a swollen lip and his gums were bloodied," Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's Public Information Officer Jay Rivera told RadarOnline.com at the time.
But when police reached Dos Santos Lima, she told them Johnson was physical against her.
"After cleaning her off, officers determined that the cuts were not consistent with the kind of bleeding she was claiming," Rivera said. "She also has scratches on her abdomen, but those injuries were also not consistent with the length of Colt's fingernails."
Dos Santos Lima was later arrested for and charged with domestic battery. The case remains ongoing.
She was also arrested for domestic battery against Johnson in November 2018 and June 2018, both cases were dismissed.
The third incident was a wake up call for Johnson.
"She had called the police," he said. "They came to the house and they told me I was under arrest for assaulting her. They had me in a police car for four hours. The claims were false. While I was sitting there for four hours, I had time to think. Things had not gotten better. If I continued the relationship, it would have gotten worse."

Johnson, who admitted he hasn't spoke to Dos Santos Lima since the incident, filed for divorce after the arrest.
He said of the divorce, "We were together for seven months. I don't owe her any alimony. If anything, she owes me money!"
In celebration of his divorce, he's having a party at Crazy Horse 3 in Las Vegas on Friday, March 1. He'll be available for meet and greets with guests purchasing bottle service.
"I don't know what to expect, I've never been to a strip club," he previously told RadarOnline.com. "We'll be dancing and having a good time."
