It appears Wendy Williams’ husband is unloading all of his assets amid reports that he fathered a child with his mistress! RadarOnline.com can exclusively report that the talk show host’s husband just sold the second love nest he used to continue his alleged relationship with Sharina Hudson.
Online records viewed by RadarOnline.com showed that Hunter’s posh condo in Fort Lee, New Jersey was sold on December 31, 2018 for nearly $500K.
A tax assessor confirmed to RadarOnline.com on Wednesday, Jan. 2 that Hunter had owned the 2,300-square foot property since 2004. The condo featured a marble living room and formal dining room, wood burning fireplace and a master bedroom with a jacuzzi and personal sauna, according to its listing.
This is the second major asset Hunter has dumped in recent months. RadarOnline.com reported that the massive Morristown mansion he allegedly lived in with his mistress is now for sale.
A source revealed to RadarOnline.com that Hunter and Hudson were already completely “moved out” of the Morristown property.
Hunter, 46, has been married to Williams, 54, since 1997. The couple has strongly denied the rumors about Hunter’s alleged mistress for years, including the most recent bombshell report that Hudson is pregnant with his child.
Meanwhile, the Wendy Williams Show host has been exhibiting bizarre and unhealthy behavior on- and off-air. As reports surfaced that her husband was leading a double life and fathered Hudson’s alleged child, the television host slurred her speech on set and couldn’t manage to stand up on her own, sources told RadarOnline.com.

Williams has previously passed out on air due to her diagnosis of Graves disease. However, the outspoken radio icon revealed last month that her behavior was a result of taking prescription pain meds for a fractured arm.
Hunter has also denied the cheating rumors. He and Williams share one son, Kevin Hunter Jr.
