Troubled Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy is not taking kindly to his co-stars demands that he be fired from the show!

But after the 26-year-old DJ attacked Katie Maloney, 31, Jax Taylor, 39, and Lala Kent, 29, last night on Twitter, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that several of his castmates believe that he is picking fights intentionally— just to stay on the reality hit!

"James is starting all these fights because he is just super desperate to stay on the show," an on-set source told RadarOnline.com. "He knows that the more drama he causes while the showing is airing this season, the less chance that Lisa will get rid of him."

"The show needs the drama and Lisa needs the ratings," continued the source. "It is just sad because it is getting to the point where there are a lot of people legitimately concerned for his well-being and mental health."

As RadarOnline.com reported, boss Lisa Vanderpump, 58, fired Kennedy from working at Sur in an emotional scene that aired at the end of December. However, as RadarOnline.com pointed out, Kennedy was working at the restaurant after the episode was shot, meaning that the reality TV queen must have rehired him.

In fact, it was the second time that Kennedy had been fired for his antics — the first time was in 2015 when Vanderpump became fed up with Kennedy's partying and demanded he get clean!

And it looks like history may be repeating itself for messy Kennedy since the drama exploded off the TV-screen last night when Kennedy blasted his co-stars on Twitter — starting with Maloney!

"Katie Maloney is one disgusting human. Basically making up stories about me to gain, gain, gain! Her marriage won't last and neither will she after Pump Rules," Kennedy sniped.

Although Maloney seemed to blow off his attempts to pick a fight, Taylor and Kent did not.

Kennedy tweeted back: "And Jax? He is just a sad man after his daddy died. I'm the only brother that you don't like. Make peace with your dead father please so you can be set free. That goes for La La also."

After first claiming he was "hacked," Kennedy apologized for his actions in a Bravo-forced tweet that read, "I am sorry for what I said about Jax and Lala and I apologize deeply to them and anyone I offended. I hope you guys also stop provoking me. Thank you and Happy New Year!"
