Rihanna is taking legal action against her own father for allegedly illegally profiting from her Fenty brand, according to court papers obtained by RadarOnline.com.

"Although Mr. Fenty is Rihanna's father, he does not have, and never has had, authority to act on Rihanna's behalf," the filing, first obtained exclusively by The Blast, reads.
In the lawsuit obtained by RadarOnline.com, the "Work" hitmaker claims the pair falsely advertised themselves as her reps to pocket millions of dollars — including a $15 million tour of Latin America!
Ronald claims he ran the dealings by his daughter's record label, Roc Nation, but Rihanna alleges that her label is denying to have any knowledge of such.

His application was denied.
