Pete Davidson and Kanye West have mended ties — or so it seems.
This Wednesday, January 30 — three months after the comedian slammed the rapper for his polemic Saturday Night Live speech — the two were seen partying together for mutual pal Kid Cudi’s 35th birthday.
“Happy Birthday @KidCudi” Kim Kardashian tweeted along with three photos of her hubby drinking and laughing with Kid Cudi, Davidson, 25, and Timothée Chalamet.

In one snap, the “Pursuit of Happiness” rapper is seen looking at something on his phone while Davidson, West, 41, and Chalamet, 23, laugh.
West and Davidson’s reunion comes as a surprise to RadarOnline.com readers who know the funnyman recently blasted the musician for his controversial political views and recent bizarre behavior.
In October of 2018, Davidson spoke about West on SNL’s Weekend Update, saying that his pro-Trump speech on the show “was one of the worst, most awkward things I’ve ever seen here. And I’ve seen Chevy Chase speak to an intern.”
He then made fun of the “Lift Yourself” rapper, who claimed the SNL cast bullied him into taking of his MAGA hat.
“Kanye was wearing a MAGA hat… and he started saying people backstage tried to bully him into not wearing it. He wore it all week. Like, nobody told him not to wear it. I wish I bullied you. I wish I wouldn’t suggested that it might upset some people like, your wife, or every black person ever,” joked Davidson at the time.
To make matters worse, he wore his own version of a red MAGA hat which read “Make Kanye 2006 Again.”
West never commented on Davidson’s skit, and it seems the two are actually good friends! Who knew?
