Meghan Markle Hunting For Mary Poppins-Like Nanny After 3 Of Her Staffers Quit
Jan. 22 2019, Updated 9:00 p.m. ET
Diva Duchess Meghan Markle is desperately hunting for a Mary Poppins-style nanny after three of her closest aides quit, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
The pregnant royal is said to be unhappy with her current staffing after her personal assistant, secretary and bodyguard resigned. A source said she is trying to build a perfect staff replica of the group of celebrity pals she lost when she moved to the U.K.
Insiders say she wants a Serena Williams-style figure to nanny her child, as celebrity nanny Connie Simpson will only take on "consultancy" duties at the beginning of her child's life.
But Meghan, 37, is finding the process "rough" as there are few takers for the "relative lowly-paid role" — especially now that she's made a name for herself as the most "demanding" royal.
RadarOnline.com readers know Meghan and Prince Harry's royal staff has already seen some shake-ups over the past couple of months.
The Duke and Duchess' chief protection officer resigned this January after only six months on the job. The top female police officer was the first woman to have held such a key role in keeping members of the royal family safe.
She said she found it challenging to "accommodate her wish to be seen as 'one of the people.'"
Meghan — who has been harshly nicknamed "Duchess difficult" by palace staff — also had to deal with the departure of her private secretary Samantha Cohen in November.
A month later, her personal assistant, Melissa Touabti, revealed she was leaving after only six months.
As if that wasn't enough, American "super-nanny" Connie refused to take a full-time role with the beauty. The caretaker is no stranger to working with high-profile families but said she would only stay with Meghan and Harry, 34, for a short period of time.
Connie has helped the couple's showbiz friends George and Amal Clooney, as well as with Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel with their children. She has also worked with over 250 babies during her 30-year career.
Nanny Connie said in a recent interview: "The baby is going to have no earthly idea that she's Meghan Markle or that she's Prince Harry's wife and in line to the throne. they will just know her for being the one to supply that milk to her and give her that comfort."'
The professional nanny has written a book called "The Nanny Connie Way: Secrets to Mastering the First Four Months of Parenthood" which was published earlier this year and covers everything from breastfeeding to bathing to how to sleep-train your baby.

Meghan received a copy of the book from Harry when the couple found out they were expecting.
And while Meghan is surrounded by royal women, insiders say she won't look to sister-in-law Kate Middleton for help with her child. Sources told RadarOnline.com their ongoing feud has gotten so bad that the former Suits actress has refused to give Kate, 37, her new cell number!
Lonely as she is inside the palace, Meghan spends her nights talking to longtime friend Serena Williams, 39.
"Meghan is isolating herself from the support network she could have in the royal family. She now seems to be outward looking and that cannot bode well for her long-term happiness," a source told RadarOnline.com. "She should be embracing people like Kate Middleton, not pushing her away."
