Kelsey Grammer is saying “Cheers!” — again! After years of sobriety, multiple DUI arrests and a stint in rehab, the Frasier star is hitting the bottle — in more ways than one!

The 63-year-old sitcom legend is back to boozing, and he’s opened an Upstate New York brewery to sell his Faith American Beer, named after his youngest daughter, Faith.

“Kelsey is a beer lover, and he wanted to develop a beer that would have a ‘hoppy’ taste and not be sweet,” a source RadarOnline.com. “He’s really enjoying the process and has been in on the development from day one.”

The six-time Emmy Award winner checked into the Betty Ford Center for drug and alcohol addiction in 1996 after a serious drunk driving accident.

Grammer recently confessed he’s quit going to recovery meetings because he insists he can keep himself in check — but pals fear he’s asking for trouble by going into the booze business.

“It’s no secret Kelsey has an addictive personality,” said the source. “About a year ago he decided he missed having his nightly cocktails and he started drinking again.”

“He looks forward to 5 o’clock every day when he retreats to his den and enjoys a couple beers or cocktails,” continued the source. “Although he says he can now drink without a problem, his friends are concerned he is tempting fate.”

Grammer and his fourth wife, Kayte, have three children — Faith, 6, and sons Kelsey, 4, and Auden, 2.

Eyewitnesses told RadarOnline.com he recently promoted his beer at the Jay St. Pub in Schenectady, N.Y. — where everybody knew his name.

At first people couldn’t believe it was him,” revealed pub owner Mitchell Ramsey. “He was very nice to everyone and insisted on paying for his beer. It was exciting to have him here.”
