Jennifer Garner has regained her self-esteem after a rough few years, and RadarOnline.com has learned she’s decided to back down on surgery, if not cut it out altogether.

“It’s an open secret Jen didn’t enjoy the aging process,” an insider told Radar. “Especially with Ben Affleck's roving eye, and all the hot young things she’s been surrounded by in Hollywood.”

So Garner, 46, is rumored to have turned to Botox and other fillers, to keep her youthful appeal. She also appeared to lose a significant amount of weight.

“She did what 99 percent of her peers do,” the insider continued. “But at times it was noticeable that she was overdoing it and getting more surgery.”

However, the actress has now vowed to put the needles down, and friends say her new romance to businessman John Miller impacted her decision.

“He loves her natural looks and she feels sexier and more confident being herself and less affected,” the insider revealed. “That’s why we’re seeing her looking less puffy and way more natural.”
