Jenelle Evans’ husband David Eason is being accused of threatening a real estate agent with a gun — and the woman isn't letting him get away with it. Sandra Britt, who has filed charges with Magistrate Court against the Teen Mom 2 dad, exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com why she decided to take legal action against him.

Britt, a 57-year-old grandmother, was scouting property for her real estate business when she claimed Eason threatened her with a firearm.

Britt filed a report with Magistrate Court in Columbus County, North Carolina against the ex MTV star on January 15, 2019, she told RadarOnline.com.

“I saw the gun," Britt said. "It was a handgun and it was right on his side. He told me, ‘Yes I have a gun and I will shoot you.'"

She continued, “He came twice at me. He came up behind me and started filming my car.”

Britt told RadarOnline.com that she filed the charges because she wants Eason to stop harassing her.

“I’m good and I’m not scared of him," she said. "I live 10 minutes from him.”

She insisted she "never pulled in his driveway.”

“He’s crazy," she said. "I think he should have to pay. He has upset my little world and I don’t appreciate it. I just take care of the grandchildren and work. But he won’t stop. He literally will not stop. I’m going to sue him for this character thing. It’s just not right.”

She claimed police admitted to knowing Eason when she contacted authorities.

“They said they wished that he would go away and go back to another county like Brunswick because he is a menace to society," she alleged.

The Magistrate’s Office told RadarOnline.com the Sheriff would serve Eason within the next few days.

Britt told RadarOnline.com that she plans to take further legal action against the Evans’ husband because he posted photos on social media of her car.

“I’m going to hire an attorney and file a lawsuit for defamation," she said. "He called me a child molester. I was driving a Cadillac station wagon. I’m not going to harm anyone.”
