It's a new year, and that means new opportunities for Heather Locklear.
RadarOnline.com learned exclusively the recently-rehabbed star has already gotten proposals to get back in front of the camera — even by highly-coveted network Bravo!
"She's had a few offers to work again," said a source. "She's waiting to see what happens with her legal situation first."
"Once that is handled she can focus on work and figure out the rest. For now, she's focused on getting her legal issues over with."
According to the insider, the troubled actress, who has long battled addiction, was offered a part on a Bravo reality show in the fall, but it was bad timing with her legal and substance abuse struggles.
Tragically, the fallen '80s icon, who as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, broke up with longtime beau Chris Heisser over the holidays, has had a string of alcohol and drug-related meltdowns in recent years.
Most recently, on November 18, cops were called to Locklear's home after an argument with Heisser.
A source told RadarOnline.com she demonstrated bizarre and disturbing behavior, including drinking from a bottle of tequila, speaking in "evil" voices and running outside nearly nude.
She was hospitalized and then returned to rehab, but only remained in treatment for a few weeks before she was released for the holidays.
According to the source, she's remaining out of rehab — for now.
"If she goes back to how she was before, they won't hesitate to send her to rehab for an extended stay," the source said.
The former Dynasty beauty had just finished a three-month stint in October after her June arrest for allegedly assaulting a cop and an EMT.
She still faces time behind bars for eight misdemeanor charges related to various run-ins with the cops. She has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Right now, Locklear is focusing on staying sober — and out of jail.
"She seems happier," said the source. "She wants to straighten her life out and get the legal mess behind her. She's taking it one day at a time."
