Divorce Gets Nastier: Danielle’s Ex Refuses To Postpone Court For ‘RHONJ’ Reunion

Danielle Staub and her estranged husband Marty Caffrey are set to face off in court on the same day of The Real Housewives of New Jersey reunion filming — but he won't postpone the court date for the taping, he told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
“I have no plans to allow a delay or a continuation on January 10,” Caffrey told RadarOnline.com about their upcoming court date for the temporary restraining order she filed in Englewood, New Jersey.
"I don’t want it to be changed or postponed. This is more important than taping a reality show!”
But Staub’s rep responded to RadarOnline.com: “A judge decides if there is going to be a postponement, not Marty.”

Staub obtained the order against Caffrey on January 3, claiming her ex emotionally abused her. In court documents relating to the nasty divorce, she previously alleged he physically and verbally abused her during their 4-month marriage.
Staub and Caffrey’s tropical dream wedding recently aired on RHONJ — and Caffrey told RadarOnline.com their relationship fell apart when the season began.
“Everything went wrong when we started filming. Danielle turned into a self-centered, narcissistic, vindictive person," he fumed.
Caffrey said he still may make an appearance at the reunion filming.
“It depends on what kind of a story line they want to create, if they want me or not,” he said. “We will see what they want to do.”
