Chris Brown is currently under investigation for rape in Paris. While the rapper has denied the incident, the alleged victim is telling all on the night that has left her “broken.”

Police continue to compile evidence against Brown and two co-accused men who were arrested in Paris on Monday, January 21.

They are being accused of attacking the 24-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, in Brown’s suite at the Mandarin Oriental hotel during a cocaine-fueled party on January 16.

The victim – a student and occasional actor/model originally from Algeria – on Friday gave her longest interview to date to Le Parisien newspaper, denying she was an escort girl.

“This is totally wrong,” she said. “This world, these drugs, these people, they’re not from my world. I came to France for my studies. I obtained two language qualifications and I started theater classes in September at a prestigious school. Yes, I’ve done some photos as a model, but that’s it. Those who know me know I have nothing to do with this type of environment.”

She claimed she would never report a triple rape for money.

“I want justice,” she said. “I know that in the end, justice will recognize that what I said is true.”

The woman was in floods of tears as she said that “in agreement with my lawyer” she would not discuss specific details of a case that could see Brown, his unidentified bodyguard, and another friend of the star imprisoned.

But she continued: “I’ve received dozens of calls from people close to him. I haven’t answered any. Following the advice of a relative, I wanted to go back to the police so they could listen to the calls, but I was told that the police service was closed. As I blocked the calls, they went through a French girl who knows the star, and I know a little.”

The alleged victim said the go-between “explained to me that I was going to find myself in the s**t, and asked me if I wanted to come to an arrangement.”

Asked how she reacted to an alleged deal with Brown, the woman said, “I refused. If I filed a complaint, it was not for the money. What I want is justice. And that the horror of what I have suffered does not happen to any other girl.

Recounting her version of the night of January 15 again, the woman said, “A bartender I know suggested to me to spend an evening with this star. I knew who he was, but nothing more. I'm not even a fan of his music. The appointment was given at the Mandarin, the palace hotel where he was staying.”

The woman arrived to “many girls in the lobby.”

“With a few, we were invited to go up to her suite, where the artist was getting ready,” she said. “The evening lasted until 3am. I was moderately at ease. The other girls knew each other, but I was a little lonely. When I asked to call a girlfriend, I was told that there were already too many people. At three in the morning, three black vans came to pick us up.”

She took a seat in the third van, next to Brown.

“The atmosphere has quickly deteriorated,” she continued. “There was cannabis smoke everywhere. There was music, but nobody was dancing. Everyone was taking cocaine, Chris Brown especially, who started to talk on his own, and was nervously pacing the suite, back and forth to the terrace. I decided to leave, and to go to the bathroom.”

It was then that Brown launched the attack, the woman claims.

“He grabbed me violently by the arm, my right arm, on which I had bruises, as the police found,” she said. “He pushed me into a dressing room and raped me. Then I wanted to run away, but I did not have my phone. They had been confiscated.”

When the woman asked a bodyguard for her phone, he told her they were in his room.

“We went down to the sixth floor and there it started again,” she said. “Then another man close to Chris Brown raped me, again in the room of the latter on the sixth floor.”

She continued, “I was broken, in tears. What they did with the phone was a way for them to lock me up. I got back home. I did not know what to do. I wanted to go to the police in the morning to file a complaint, but I did not have the strength. I talked to relatives, who told me to hire a lawyer. On Friday we finally went to file a complaint.”

She revealed that she is “ashamed to have to speak.”

“My life is upset,” she said. “I am exhausted, under tranquilizers. I could not resume classes.”

She added, “These people think they have all the rights, because they are bling-bling stars. But there is justice, I know it. I do not even understand how they could do that, those who have sisters and mothers... and now they laugh, taunt me on social networks.”

Brown himself has posted insults against his accuser on social media, suggesting she was a liar.

In turn, he has admitted large quantities of cocaine were found in his suite, but they were there “for a party and nothing to do with” him and that he had no sexual relations with the women.

Detectives raided the rooms last Monday afternoon, following the complaints last Friday.

Brown also told detectives that he took mild drugs for “medicinal purposes,” providing a note from a doctor.

Raphael Chiche, Brown’s French lawyer, said his client and two other men being investigated for rape and drug offenses “absolutely deny any wrong doing.”

They are now on unconditional release, and have not been charged, but their legal status in France can be changed at any time. All face possible charges of ‘aggravated rape’ and ‘violation of drug laws.”
