Channing & Jenna's Dramatic Custody War Exposed: Daughter, 5, Feels 'Frustrated'
Jan. 30 2019, Updated 5:41 p.m. ET
Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan's divorce is taking a toll on their five-year-old daughter, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.
On Monday, January 28, Tatum, 38, filed a highly-detailed custody order he's asking to be put in place. The Blast was the first to report Tatum's filing.
In the shocking documents, RadarOnline.com has learned that the 21 Jump Street actor claimed that five-year-old Everly has suffered because the exes currently do not have a set custody schedule in place.
"Transitions for Everly during this time were not smooth because Everly did not have a consistent plan and would not know when she would next see her mom or me. I saw that this would frustrate Everly," Tatum wrote.
"Everly has expressed many times that she wants to know what the schedule is and makes our nanny or I promise that what we say the schedule will be, actually occurs," he continued.
Tatum and Dewan jointly announced their separation in April 2018. Dewan later filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, in October 2018.
According to Tatum, the exes have been creating a custody schedule with Everly each month. However, Tatum's request plans out an extensive schedule for the entire year, where the exes would equally alternate holidays with their daughter.
In addition to the regimented schedule Tatum requested, the actor also revealed his current living situation. The actor has been renting a home near Everly's school, where he claimed the father-daughter duo swim and rock climb in his backyard.
