All Sherri Shepherd wants for Christmas is an Uber! The actress begged fans for money after claiming to be stranded near her ex's home in a bizarre Instagram video on December 25.
"Sometimes stuff sucks," the ex View host began the Instagram video. "I had to drop Jeffrey off at his dad's in Orange County. I live close to Hollywood. I am stranded because my phone has no service to call Uber or Lyft. It won't connect. I'm stuck out here by myself."
She then explained how she has "no cash," only credit cards.
"I can't get in touch with any of my friends because they're out celebrating," she said. "Jesus, I'm stranded! I need somebody to call me an Uber."
She said she would cash app the money.
"I'm asking if you can loan me some money," she said. "It's probably going to be 50 bucks to get me back from Hollywood to Orange County."
She ended the video with, "Wow what a day… Merry Christmas! Even though I'm smiling, I'm still stranded."
Shepherd, 51, appears to have made it home safely. As she posted photos celebrating the holiday with her son and friends.
2018 has been a rough year for Shepherd. Back in March, her ex-husband Jeff Tarpley, who she was married to from 2001 to 2010, demanded more child support for their son Jeffrey. He was also granted more time with their son.
Per their previous deal, she was paying Tarpley only $131 a month. He asked for an increase, as she has an income of $1.2 million, while his is $2,400 a month.
She has also been in a custody battle over her three-year-old son Lamar Sally Jr., whom she had via surrogate with her second ex-husband Lamar Sally.
