Sherri Shepherd's Ex-Husband Demands More Child Support For Their Son

Sherri Shepherd's ex-husband Jeff Tarpley is battling her for more child support, according to The Blast.
Legal documents obtained by the website indicate that Tarpley wants more money to raise their son – and also show that he's been granted more time with the boy than previously known after a December ruling.
As The Blast has reported, Tarpley, 51, filed docs last year in his long custody fight with Shepherd, 50, seeking 50/50 custody of their son, Jeffrey, 12. The actor and the former The View star were married from 2001-2010.
Shepherd got full custody of their son Jeffrey when the couple split in 2010, as RadarOnline.com has reported.
The TV star has also been fighting a brutal custody battle over her three-year-old son Lamar Sally Jr. whom she had via surrogate with another ex-husband, Lamar Sally.
In the new court information, Tarpley says he has custody of Jeffrey every first, third and fifth weekends of the month, every Tuesday and Thursday, and other times when Shepherd is out of town.
Per their previous deal, Shepherd was paying Tarpley just $131 a month in child support, but he wants more, telling the court that her income of $1.2 million swamps his of $2,400 a month.
Tarpley has also requested $25,608.40 for attorney's fees.
Shepherd has previously ripped her former husbands for "greed and deception."
She faces a court hearing on the matter with Tarpley in May.
