The Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond’s oldest daughter Alex was recently participated in a college drinking competition chugging beers. Now, RadarOnline.com has learned that the wild child is dating a man in college who enjoys hard partying himself.
Alex, 21, attends Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where she met her boyfriend, Mauricio Scott. The two were all smiles while photographed at a drinking event for Alex’s sorority last month.
Mauricio joked that the food blogger’s daughter wasn’t exactly the best at consuming alcohol in a timely manner.
“Good thing I didn’t have my money on you last night,” he joked on his Instagram.
But it looks like Mauricio also knows how to have his fun! In a shocking new Instagram post, Alex’s boyfriend shared an early Christmas gift he received from a friend: four shot glasses!
“If you know you know,” Mauricio captioned a photo of the gift. “Christmas came early this year.”
The four shot glasses are engraved with a standard toast in Spanish which is typically used when a group of people take shots together.
The Food Network star is not shy when responding to her daughter’s crazy posts online, nor her boyfriend’s.
In a shocking photo of Alex holding a large pitcher of beer, the Pioneer Woman joked, “How long does it take to microwave a 25 pound turkey?” in an effort to get her mind off of her daughter’s partying.
Plus, Ree has admitted that she refuses to use the word “boyfriend” when referring to her daughters’ dating lives.
“It just won’t come out of my mouth,” Drummond previously confessed.
