Jon Gosselin won temporary custody of his son Collin with ex-wife Kate — but their war is far from over. The ex reality star slammed Kate's claims that their 14-year-old has special needs.

In 2016, Kate, 43, revealed that Collin was getting help in a facility for special needs.

After RadarOnline.com broke that Jon, 41, won temporary custody of Collin on December 4 in a Pennsylvania court after Kate was a no-show, he returned home to live with his father and sister Hannah last week.

A fan commented on a Christmas photo of Jon and girlfriend Colleen with their blended family, “I’d love to know if he actually has ‘special needs,’ or if he just didn’t deal with Kate’s BS like we all suspect. Either way, he’s home! And he looks happy.”

Jon responded, “He is not on any spectrum or special needs.”

A source previously told RadarOnline.com that Collin entered the facility for “anger issues.”

Earlier this month, Jon revealed his excitement over Collin returning home at WE TV’s Real Love: Relationship Reality TV’s Past, Present and Future event.

“He is coming home to our house, and he’s going to enjoy the holiday with us, and go to school, and be with his sister,” Jon said. “He’s really excited and we’re really excited to have him home for the holidays. And to enjoy the rest of his childhood.”

The couple’s other six children Maddy and Cara, 18, and Leah, Aaden, Alexis and Joel, 14, live with their mother.
