Jon Gosselin is finally speaking out about his court victory against his ex-wife Kate — and he's not happy the mother of his eight children skipped out on a hearing over custody of their troubled teen son, RadarOnline.com can report.
"That's her," Jon told Us Weekly exclusively at WE tv's Love After Lockup event in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, December 11. "I would never… I would always go to court, no matter what."
As Radar exclusively reported, Jon, 41, won temporary custody of Collin, 14, in Pennsylvania court on December 4. Though she was expected to appear, Kate, 43, never showed up to the hearing.
Radar also first reported that Jon has had full custody of daughter Hannah, also 14, since earlier this year.
"I'm excited to have a male around," he told Us. "I'm constantly surrounded by 14-year-old girls!"
"He wanted to live with me," he added of his son. "Hannah wants her brother to come home!"
Collin is still in a facility for special needs, where he has resided since 2016. But, a family friend told Radar that Jon hopes he will be released by Christmas.
He has already spent weekend trips visiting his father and sister at home in Pennsylvania.
